Genesis 15:5
He took him outside and said, “Look up at the sky and count the stars—if indeed you can count them.” Then he said to him, “So shall your offspring be.”
Genesis 22:17
I will surely bless you and make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as the sand on the seashore. Your descendants will take possession of the cities of their enemies,

Matthew 28:19-20
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.

Ezekiel 37:7,10
7 So I prophesied as I was commanded. And as I prophesied, there was a sound, and behold, a rattling, and the bones came together, bone to its bone. 10 So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived and stood on their feet, an exceedingly great army.

Matthew 13:31-32
He put another parable before them, saying, “The kingdom of heaven is like a grain of mustard seed that a man took and sowed in his field. It is the smallest of all seeds, but when it has grown it is larger than all the garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and make nests in its branches.”

Isaiah 61:1,3
1 The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is upon me, for the LORD has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted and to proclaim that captives will be released and prisoners will be freed. 3 to grant to those who mourn in Zion—to give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit; that they may be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he may be glorified.
THIS IS OUR PLANTING DNA.
We are excited to share our vision with you! The work of completing global evangelism is huge and God is raising up armies of church planters all over the world. We couldn't be happier to be part of this mobilization. We are focused on three primary mission fields: global cities, NextGen, and poor & persecuted countries. Are you being called to serve and plant in these fields? We have lots of opportunities. We invite you to download our PDF here which provides a full description of our church planting architecture and approach. We hope you will be inspired.

DEPARTMENT
CREATIVE LAB
Creativity is a huge part of our DNA at Five Stones Impact. Creativity conveys fresh thinking, excitement, excellence, and deep care. It mirrors God's dynamic nature. As such we have multiple sandboxes, projects, and teams we are developing in this area: worship, video, story-telling, branding, social media, super-hero comic materials for kids, and more! If you are from any part of the world, and are a creative expert with a heart to serve in in one of these spaces, feel free to contact us.
DEPARTMENT
COLLEGE OF ORDINATION
Our College of Ordination represents the steps we take to prepare our planters before we ordain and lay hands on them to be sent out. We have a 21-point system that we use to develop a planter's profile, including aspects such as ministry & work history, marriage assessment, how God called you to planting, and strategic action plans. Additionally, each planter has to pass various mini-training certifications. Most planters already come to us with a solid level of training and ministry experience, so our college acts as a finishing school and a quality assurance check. Our passion is to send out Barnabas' and Paul's - the highest quality planters in the tradition of Acts 13:2.
DEPARTMENT
MINISTRY OF EDUCATION
As we state in our church planting PDF, we exist to make disciples. That is the bottom line of what we do and why we plant churches. Thus creating a system -- a greenhouse -- that will nurture enduring disciples is of highest priority for us. Towards this end we have developed a series of spiritual growth resources to help people grow deeply in their faith. We provide materials from "foundational" to "deeper stuff." Our content links (Read, Watch, Listen) is meant to be a constant source of biblical education, edification, and challenge.

"Discipleship is a long obedience in the same direction."
Pastor Eugene Peterson and author of The Message Bible
DEPARTMENT
OPS AND OVERSIGHT
This is where the practical and spiritual come together. Making sure our "Ops and Admin" teams are coordinated with our ministry and governance teams is a key to tangible outcomes and organizational excellence. Sound execution is a must. We aim to make FSI a great and fun place to work.
OUR TEAM
FSI has an apostolic team of five-fold ministry fathers (1 Cor. 4:15) that oversee our churches and mentor our planters. Each planter is assigned to 1-2 overseers for covering, mentorship, encouragement, developing strategic plans, handling of doctrine and teaching, direction/vision, and prayer. The oversight team hold planters/sr. pastors accountable to standards of Christ-like character and godliness. In cooperation with local leadership teams, the apostolic team will lay hands upon and set in pastors, elders and deacons. In time, as FSI grows, regional apostolic team will be needed to oversee churches in their areas. FSI leaders operate strongly out of relationship. Paul is a beautiful example of having the heart of a father, and exercising oversight out of deep love. Ultimately, Christ is our example. How He shepherds us is our model for how we shepherd leaders.

OUR NAME
Our name Five Stones Impact draws its inspiration from the story of David and Goliath and the five smooth stones David carried into battle against the giant (1 Sam.17:40). David’s victory over Goliath was one of huge impact as it allowed the budding monarchy under King Saul to grow, and speaks of great kingdom advancement. Most importantly, the Cross which is represented in our logo with the five stones, is the greatest Impact story ever told and the ultimate inspiration for our church planting endeavours.
